Whilst PaymentsPlus is easy enough for most users to install and configure, it can be a daunting task if you are only new to Joomla or not familiar with PHP or HTML.  Current charges for this service can be found here: Membership Levels

There are some things we can't do for you like setting up your PayPal account, but we'll help you where ever possible to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

What's Needed prior to us Installing PaymentsPlus for you?

• Your Joomla must be the latest version available as recommended by PaymentsPlus
  This at times may be one version less than the current version available at www.joomla.org  With each new release on Joomla it takes us some time to test PaymentsPlus to ensure the changes in Joomla have not affected PaymentsPlus.
• The Host application must be installed, configured and ready to use
  Whilst we'll change the configuration settings to suit PaymentsPlus, your Host application including any custom fields, categories, etc... must be ready to go.
  
  
• We need full access to your site
  You'll need to provide us with full access to your site, this includes a Super Admin Pass, FTP Access to your server and access to PhpMyAdmin which can ussually be accessed via your servers Cpanel, alternatively we can install a PhpMyAdmin component for you.
  
  
• Full Details of what you need done with PaymentsPlus and the Host Application
  This of course must be within the confines of "What's Included" detailed below and does not include custom modification of either the Host component or PaymentsPlus.
  
  
• Up Front payment for the Installation Service
  Full payment is required for the installation service, in most cases this will be the price advertised on the above link, however before paying we ask to you provide us with all the above information (including access) so we can check your site and your requirements and if an adjustment of services is required we'll give you a fixed price quotation. On acceptance of our quotation we'll provide you with an invoice for our services which must be paid via PayPal.

What's Included in the Installation Service

• Installation and Configuration of PaymentsPlus to your Host Application
  The host application is any component that PaymentsPlus provides a current patch kit for. Example Mosets Tree. Configurationis defined as PaymentsPlus configured to work with the Host appliaction and PayPal as per the functions shown in the PP Demo.
  
  
• Up to 4 Listing Types configured in PaymentsPlus
  This includes the 3 listing types provided by PaymentsPlus plus one extra specified by you.  Your current core and custom fields will be configured as per your requirements in all add listing templates including the featured template. Note the extent of modification to the Add listing templates does not include custom styling, it only includes display of core and custom fields required in the templates as per the Host applications structure.
  
  You must provide us with a list of  your core and custom fields that you want to use for each Listing Type you wish to enable and any core or custom field that will be specific to your products.
  
  
• Up to 6 Products configured in PaymentsPlus to work with the Listing Types.
  
  
• Custom Configuration of all PaymentsPlus Auto Emails
  
  
• Live testing of Off Line and PayPal  to ensure the system is functioning.
  
  
• A  report of your Joomla installation
  Whilst testing the Host Application with PaymentsPlus we'll do some other checks on your Joomla and provide you with a report and recommendations if anything we believe needs attention.
  
  
• After hand over get up to 1 Hour extra on server support or minor custom modification/development time.

What's Not Included in the Installation Service

• 2 Checkout Installation, configuration and testing. 2 Checkout can take at least 2 hours to install and test even for the experienced. It also requires full access to your 2Checkout account.. If you would like 2CO installed as an option then the cost would be 2 hours of time with a maximum of 6 subscription products current rates are posted here near the bottom of the page.
• Addition of listings in host application and or importation of listings.
  
  
• Custom modification of templates.
• Custom modification of functions of PaymentsPlus and or the host application unless specifically agreed to in which case details would be noted in installation invoice.
  
  
• Modification of main template or Mtree CSS sheets in the event your main template has a conflict with Mtree/PaymentsPlus. See reasons here.
• Creation of custom and or editing of core fields in the host application.

How to request an Installation of PaymentsPlus

• Contact Us via this website indicating you'd like to use our installation service with your email address. We will reply via email with a list of our requirements.  Note all requests for the Installation Service are by appointment only on a first in basis.  Provided the instalation Service is paid on time the scheduled time/date will apply. On initial contact we will advise you of times/dates available for us to do the installation which will be based on our current workload.
