Answer

An eCheque is not an instant payment and takes about  3-5 working days to clear. The eCheque is an option at PayPal when you purchase your membership, if you want instant access then payment via your PayPal account or Credit Card is the quickest option.

Once the eCheque clears at PayPal you will have access to the appropriate member areas.  If you need access NOW, then cancel the eCheque at PayPal and pay by an instant payment method.  Note that once an eCheque is started by you we can not alter the process and approve your pending membership.
