I get this Error in My Listings Management for some listings: STATUS = LISTING APPROVED WITH ERRORS how do I fix it and what causes it?

Past versions of PP using Mtree 2.09 or less, relied on the Publish UP date being 0000-00-00 00:00:00 The new Mtree 2.1.0 threw a spanner into the works by setting the Created Date (which is OK) AND the Publish Up Date at the add listing stage, for PP this meant a rewrite of the publishing conditions from scratch for PP 2.10 to cater for Mtree 2.1.0.

For some existing listings in Mtree it may generate this error: STATUS = LISTING APPROVED WITH ERRORS
Depending on how the publishing conditions where originally set in Mtree, the variables could be vastly different from site to site.  Which is why an update SQL can't be written as a one script suits all because it could possibly screw things up from site to site.

Solution 1 (Recommended):
If you have existing listings in Mtree then you'll need to manually create a subscription for each one and set the publishing conditions.  This would be best as a New Off-Line Subscription from PaymentsPlus Manage Subscriptions.  PP derives its conditions based on the Mtree's Listing Publishing conditions.

For current Silver, Gold or Platinum members Check the user guide available from the Member Download Area (this was updated for PP 2.10) pages 14 to 16 explain the publishing conditions these may help you in deciding what status you want to apply for each subscription. Otherwise, there are some comments in the code in page_ownerListing.tpl.php that may assist.

Solution 2 (Not Recommended):
Alternately, if you know how you originally set the listings publishing conditions you could write an SQL statement to run from PhpMyAdmin to globally update the conditions. This option should only be used if your comfortable with MySQL if not then manual subscription creation is the best option.
