Answer

On Server Support is regarded as an additional paid service and our current charges for this service is on the Membership Levels page.  Note however that Platinum Members as part of their membership have up to 1 hour support time included in their initial membership.

To Request On Server Support do the following:

1. First lodge a support question in the appropriate forum detailing your problem with a notation that you will sending a PM with required access details. Platinum Members should lodge their question in the Priority Support Forum. When lodging your Forum Post PLEASE give it a meaninfull title that describes your specific problem and NOT something like Help I have a problem.  Results of your Issue will be posted in this forum post to help others that may have a similar issue.

2. Send a PM to Tradewise.  You can do this from the Forums by hovering your cursor over "No Messages" then clicking Compose from the flyout menu. Your PM should include the following Information to allow us to access your site/server.

Forum Post's Title that details your issue.
Site Url's Fronat and Backend
Admin Access User & Pass - Required to check settings etc...
FTP Access URL, User & Pass  - Required to upload files if necessary
Cpanel Access URL, User & Pass - Required to check Database via PhpMyAdmin if necessary

3. If we feel it necessary to charge you for our services we will advise you by a return PM with an estimated cost and if you accept our estimation we will send you an invoice via PayPal for our services. In the event we send you an invoice, note that no work will be undertaken by us until the invoice has been paid in full.

4. During the process we will communicate with you via PM, however the final results of your Issue will be posted in the initial forum post to help others that may have a similar issue.
