Answer

If you need to uninstall PaymentsPlus completly from your system for any reason you should note that using Joomla's uninstall proceedure only removes the component and the files, but not the database tables and additional columns added into the host application. Should you wish to remove all the database entries as well then you'll need to use something like PhpMyAdmin and remove the following from your Joomla's database:

The following assumes your database prefix is jos

PaymentsPlus Tables:
jos_ajp_orders_config
jos_ajp_orders_list_types
jos_ajp_orders_products
jos_ajp_orders_subscription_payments
jos_ajp_orders_ipn_transactions
jos_ajp_orders_subscription_details
jos_ajp_orders_ipn_subscriptions
jos_ajp_orders_ipn_options
jos_ajp_orders_ipn_cart

Mosets Tree - PaymentsPlus adds 4 additional columns in jos_mt_links that also need to be removed these are:
set_ipn_action
ipn_action_notes
ipn_product_id
ipn_status

Restore Original  Files
The PaymentsPlus Patch Kit adds some new files to Mtree and also overwrites some original files, but importantly the patch kits contain a copy of the original Mtree files. A list of these files and their location can be seen in the PaymentsPlus User Manual.

In the PaymentsPlus version 2 series the original files are distinguished by _org added to the file name.  In the version 3.0 series the original files are in a folder named PP_BackUp_MtreeOrgFiles found in the m2 or kinabalu folders. Note only use the back up files for the template system you where using as some are different.
