Ajax Tabbed Layout for Mtree Add Listings PDF Print E-mail

Does your Mtree Directory's Add Listing page seem almost endless, with users having to scroll the page to complete all the entry fields?

Wouldn't it be better to break up the Add Listing Page into manageable sections and then display each section in its own tab?

The problem is that most tabbed systems out there don't work very well with forms, in that each section needs to be saved before proceeding to the next tab, otherwise you loose the information from one tab to another. Unless of course the tabs system uses Ajax technologies.

Whilst the Tabbed Add listing template is ideal for use with multiple listing types it's also equally at home as a replacement for Mtree's standard Add Listing Template. All the source code is provided with this tutorial and best part is it's free.
